Unfortunately this is not the case. LPCXpresso currently uses a more or less proprietary interface which is based on GDB in general but does not allow generic/vanilla GDB connections to third party GDBServers. So currently, you cannot use J-Link with LPCXpresso due to lack of support from the IDE side.
