uda1380 is mp3 hw decoder?or dac convert?
i saw uda1380 data sheet , says uda1380 is a coder-decoder for cd md and mp3.or needs software decoder convert to pcm,then send to uda1380 to play?

it is
MP3 files --->uda1380
or
MP3 files --->software decoder ---->pcm ------>uda1380

No, it's basically an a/d and D/a for audio signals. You have to provide the mp3 encode/decode separately.
