I am working on an open source project, and I would like to use the CMSIS library.  Looking at the library itself, I think the licenses there will be acceptable, but the cr_startup_lpc11.c probably is going to not work.  It doesn't permit redistribution, and at the tail end of the file it says:

// USE OF THIS SOFTWARE FOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND/OR EDUCATION IS SUBJECT
// TO A CURRENT END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (COMMERCIAL OR EDUCATIONAL) WITH
// CODE RED TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

Any chance that this code can have a license similar to the rest of the CMSIS library or a GPL compatible license?
