I am trying to compile a code for lpcxpresso which have  classes and other cpp stuff. The guy who wrote it told me that I need to look at the "-x" option. Can someone explain me what attributes I can choose and how? Thanks :)

We don't provide an evaluation of the NXP editions of Red Suite, but you can just use the evaluation of the full Red Suite. A request form can be found at:

The main differences between the NXP and full editions are that the NXP edition only supports NXP MCUs, has download limits and a shorter period of support. For a more detailed comparison, see:

Expensive IDE just to compile 2 classes , no trial period either :(

The LPCXpresso IDE is C only. If you want to carry out C++ development  then you will need to purchase one of the paid-for Red Suite variants.  For more details, please see:
