cant able to debug the program

Dear Sir,

When i click the debug button i am getting this error (No source available for "0x1fff0ba6" ). After that it will not run on our target board. Why i am facing this problem every time Please help me.

That address is in the Boot ROM. The most likely problem is that you have the ISP pin asserted. Search these forums for ISP and you will find lots of information.
