activation problem

I am trying to activate LPCxpresso, when I create serial number and activate I get serial number but,I get an  error:
  Unable to store serial number: String index out of range: -29
  
  
  A Welcome window open but I cannot login there. I opened the browser and registered and I got an email with the activation code, wen I entered I get an error:
No license to activate
