Why different .bin file generated in lpcXpresso compared to redsuite??

We are using lpcXpresso v8.2.2 and Redsuite v5.1.0.

Please advice on this asap that will really helpful.

You've provided no useful details. If the same project build options are used, my guess is these IDEs use different tool versions. So, the code generators differ in some way.
