Using LPC-Link Standalone

I need to distribute executable files to colleagues who are also using the LPCXPRESSO development boards with with the embedded LPC-LINK JTAG adapter.

Is there a standalone utility that can be used to download executable files or can LPC-LINK only be used from the LPCXPRESSO IDE?

Did you try 'Program Flash' within IDE (little chip icon) and *.axf file ?
