UART on interrupt

hai i m using LPC1114.......i want to send data through UART when external interrupt occurs?if rising interrupt occurs i have to send as rising interrupt and fallling interrupt i send as fallling interrupt......i m new to these so can u give me some idea.........

I think you need to explain in more detail what it is you are trying to do.
