Target errors from Commit Flash write

Hi,
I have a problem. I’m using the LPCXpresso Board Target LPC1114. My project has worked before but now when a run debug I get an error:

Target reported errors
Reason:
15: Target errors from Commit Flash write
Flash erase or write operation aborted.

Please help

Most likely reason is that you have managed to program some code into the flash that has destabilized the clock. Take a look at the following faq for ways of getting out of this...
