There have been several questions regarding the procedure to set the disconnect behaviour of the LPCXpresso.  Do this:

a.  Right click on the Project and select "Debug As", "Debug Configurations..."
b.  When the Dialog Box appears, Select your project (Debug or Release) then click on the "Debugger" tab.
c.  Select the appropriate "Disconnect behavior" under "Script values"
