Hey,

I'm using LPCxpresso, a RedProbe+ and the Keil Evaluationboard.
But i get an Error:

Invalid LPC1768 Part ID: 0x25013F37
Known LPC1768 ID(s): 0x00013F37, 0x26013F37, 0x26113F303: Failed on chip setup: Ec(01). Invalid, mismatched, or unknown part

What settings have to be changed?  Or where can i change the chip, cause im using the lpc1758. I don't think that the problem is the 1768, but i have no clue whats wrong.....

I am experiencing a similar, but not exactly the same situation (resolved but solution is not consistent and even when worked then in the console window some errors popped up):

- when I build and debug adc_buzzer example from  examples.lpc17xx.new.zip then code builds and is downloads to my own target board and debugging works fine ALWAYS.

- but when I switch (within the same workspace) to my own project (same micro as in the above), code builds ok but when I try to start debug session then I get all kind of errors - almost always different one (in between attempts I unplugged the USB / Xpresso board etc in order to fix the problem):
1. Target error from Commit Flash write: Et: Flash driver not ready.
2. Then at the next attempt : Failed on connect : EM(04). Can not provide power to DAP bus.
3. then another one :
error :  No emulator/board available.
This could be because it is unpowered, disconnected or already in use

So I restarted LPCXPRESSO IDE and saw briefly this in 'console window' (btw : WHY IS ALL Info DISAPPEARING from there ? It would be very useful if it stayed !):
set remotetimeout 60000
info program
Debugging a target over a serial line.
Program stopped at 0x4f0.
Type "info stack" or "info registers" for more information.
set mem inaccessible-by-default off
mon ondisconnect cont
set arm force-mode thumb
Whatever all that means somehow it managed to load the code and when I kicked the debugger (F8) my appication on my target board became alive and seems working fine.

I am really scared to turn anything off at the end of today ...

There probably must be some timeout or hidden setting(s) that causes it. Searched the net - no luck. But whatever it is - with 3 different errors above may be my pseudo fix of restarting the LPCXPRESSO IDE will help somebody with similar problem.

I run Win XP SP3.

Perhaps that is because your target is unpowered, disconnected or already in use
