Red Probe Family not found.

Hello,

I am using Red Probe+ debugger with LPC2138. I am using this from last more than 5 months. but, now (today) when I am using it, debugger could not connect to my board. Its give error. error  file is attached here.

I am using LPCXpresso V7.6.2.

Please suggest me solution.

Does it appear in windows device manager? If not then check cables and try different USB port. Otherwise it has probably gone bad.
