RAM location for LPC1517 RAM3 is wrong

I'm looking at the MCU settings for the LPC1517, and it indicates that Ram2_4 (Alias RAM3) starts at 0x2004000.

Where is it getting this information?  According to the user manual, the third bank starts at 0x2002000, right after the second RAM bank.

Bug?
