Programing using LPCxpresso Help Request

To Who can assist me with using LPCxpresso.
I am new to this microcontroller series and I have not knowledge in programming.
Basically, trying to program a LPC1114 using LPCxpresso. I just installed IDE latest version and have on hands the LPC Link board.
I have my application board and a hex file to load. No idea how to import this hex file into the LPCxpresso IDE.

Is possible what I am trying to do?
Can someone help me out?

A good place to start is a read of the LPCXpresso Getting Started Guide. Locate the LPCXpressoGettingStarted.pdf document in your installation directory.
