Problem with switching between power-down-mode and sleep-mode (LPC1769)

Hello, in my application I'm switching between the two energy-safe-modes power-down and sleep.
I can only use sleep or  power-down, but if I want to use both of them, the switch from power-down to sleep will cause the controller to reset while writing "0x00" to PCON.

Does anybody have this problem too?

I thought you could only use one of the modes. Like sleep, deep sleep or deep power down. I think you can't use two at the same time, that's why 3 modes are defined ( I think so)
