After switching to ISP and receiving '?' your LPC is answering with "Synchronized".
#1 Switching to ISP is pulling down P2.10 and resetting.
#2 FlashMagic is doing everything you need (with Interface: None (ISP))
#3 Connecting 3.3V UART requires GND, RxD, TxD.
So with an LPCXpresso1769 board this is done very easy. And, as mentioned several times, it's nearly impossible to fail with #1 to #3.
The only difficult part is to use a working UART-USB converter. So about 99% of all problems are related with getting an USB connection.
If you are convinced that your USB connection is working (and you didn't CRP your mcu), you have a serious hardware problem :eek:
I don't know if you are facing that problems with your own boards and LPCXpresso1769 also, but after drawing several own board I've never lost a LPC1768/69;
even after testing faulty software :rolleyes: FlashMagic was always able to erase my LPC again :)
ok, thanks Zero! I will try again, but I have no hope for it to work properly. Possibly I have had problems with static microcontrollers rendered unusable ...
