Orcad files for LPC1768 / RDB1768

I know this is kind of a long shot but does NXP or Code Red have an Orcad symbol library for the LPC17xx?

I have a RDB1768v2r3 dev board and it looks like the schematic was done in Orcad.  Any chance of downloading the schematic file or maybe just the LPC1768?

Can't you just use a standard LQFP-100 footprint? (I'm not familar with Orcad)
