Maybe high voltage input to lpc1114 but not sure this.And lpc-link stop working.I am check TP-3V3=0V and TP-1V2=0V.The computer does not seem to anything.Lpc-link or usb device nothimg seem.Do you have suggestions or solution?

Looks like LPC3154 supply is OK, but it's not generating 3.3V :eek:

So either 3.3V is short-circuited or your 3154 is damaged. If your LPC-Link is already separated from target board  you've probably destroyed it and it's time to buy a new one :p

Yes :), check your D1 / D2  voltages (D1 is beside 10-pin 0.05" JTAG/SWD Connector). I there a valid USB voltage ?
