I am working on a project with a custom board I developed carrying an LPC1313.  Due to space constraints, I am programming it over only SWDIO and SWCLK with ground being routed separately and needing to be at least ~1ft long.  Unless I connect a short ground line from the LPC-LINK to the PCB, I get a variety of errors during program that I attribute to communication errors.  Though there are probably ways I could redesign the PCB to deal with this, I am looking for solutions for the current system.  One potential option is to reduce the bitrate that SWD runs at.  Is there a way to configure this?

More generally, does anyone know of any SWD programming tools that allow me to configure the speed that they run at?
