In standarts example I didn't found USB DEVICE.

How to operate ARM through computer if I put an operating system on LPC1769, on it I will start USB Device?

The standard examples are in the examples folder.
As explained in the "Getting Started" manual that is opened during installation of the LPCXpresso tools.
