Flash Life Expectancy?

Does somebody know how many write cycles can one expect from - say - the 1115? I am rolling 3 different sectors, and the pages as well, but would love to know how many write times I can expect before experiencing failures.

Datasheet (10.2 Flash memory) is talking about Nendu (Endurance) min 10000, typ 100000, max - cycles :eek::)
