I'm using the LPCXpresso development board with an LPC1769 MCU 4 and the LPCXpresso  4.1.0 Build 190, on Windows7 OS.

Every time I program, (or just connect to), the MCU via the USB debug Link, the system mouse (wireless, logitec) stops working;  rebooting gets the system back to normal operation.

Is there some conflict between the dirvers?

Is this only when using LPC-Link?
I have a similar problem where my USB microscope camera  stops working whenever I plu in any USB device (even a memory stick).

It sounds like you may have shorted the USB power to ground.
The system notices the overload and shuts the USB subsystem down.
Generally a reboot fixes it.
