I am trying to download some files from Code_Red website that were sited in other posts. When I download the files they download very fast and are very small. All of the files inside the zip files have zero size. I tried logging into the Code_Red site first and that did not help. I downloaded these files once before last summer and it worked fine. Any ideas what is going wrong now? Thanks.

Here are the links I've been trying to download....

EDIT: So for three days I've been trying to download these files and the file size was zero.  After I made this post I tried to download them again and it seemed to work now!!!!  How weird is that?  Are there known issues like this??

I loaded Firefox and it works great.  It must have been IE7 that was causing the issue.  Thanks!

Corrupted downloads is a known issue with some versions of IE. I'd suggest trying a different browser.

If that isn't possible, when you do suffer a download corrupted by Internet Explorer and you wish to retry it in the hope it will work the next time (or the time after that, or…), it is absolutely essential that you first clear the browser cache to get rid of the incomplete download.  If you fail to do this, Internet Explorer will, while going through the motions to persuade you that it is downloading the file from the Web site, actually just copy the version saved in the cache, handing you another identically truncated copy.

I've tried this a few more times.  About 60% of the time the file downloads in a short time and is the file size is very small. About %40 of the time it seems to download OK.  I don't trust the download because it is so inconsistent.  There is no checksum or MD5 to validate the download.  I am using Internet Explorer 7.

Sorry, can't confirm that. Both links can be downloaded (and include valid files).
