The LPC21xx is part of the legacy devices and it has limited support. If you are referring to the USB drivers related to the debugger, you could contact to board manufacturer to ask of there is an updated version. Otherwise, you may consider using an external debugger with updated drivers, like Segger J-Link.
If you refer to custom USB drivers from a programmed USB application on the MCU, I’m afraid that we don’t have, although some of the generic USB drivers (like HID, MSD, CDC) are usually included on the newer operating system, just requiring some modification on the USB descriptors.
