problem in running sample code

hi... i have lpc4330 development board from ngx tech. i programmed sample blinky code in the board via usb using DFU tool, after resetting the board nothing happens. i think my board is not executing internal ram... i give power to the board through usb1 port. can anyone give me solution for that?
