Hi,
You can use LPC link-2. Firmware can easily be loaded into the board using the free LPCScrypt utility, which runs on Windows (7/8/10), MacOS and Linux. Note that when using LPCXpresso IDE or MCUXpresso IDE, no firmware programming is required.
I suggest using MCUXpresso IDE and LPCOpen drivers.
