lpc1788 clock/ oscillator stops above +60 DegC or +40degC with humidity of >90% RH and recovers back as the temperature falls below +55 DegC. the device is rated to operate in the range of -40 DegC to 85 DegC.
What could be the cause? can sombody reply?
Advice solution pls.
