   Does this algo file iram_dfu_util_any.bin.hdr having the support for flashing the binary to NOR in lpc4370 explorer using DFU USB flasher ?

   If not how to provide support for this board. So that I can flash on the NOR make it boot from NOR  in lpc4370 explorer board.

You will need to create your own 'driver'. There are examples provided in the LPC-Link2 Configuration tool. Look in the algofw directory.
