The Errata sheet for LPC4350/30/20/10 describes a potential race condition that effects endpoint 0. Is this bug present in the USB0 boot DFU ROM firmware (which communicates via endpoint 0) ? If so what is the suggested workaround to avoid this happening. Thanks.

Yes , this is a bug and there is no work around for this as it happens during booting.
