Hello @ZJane

I haven't tested with Win11, what about the issue on your side? Please take a screenshot show it.

Please check Device Manger on your PC, whether can recognized the debugger?

How about update debugger firmware on your board?

I didn't see LPC in device manager after install the driver, and it cannot be recognized in the debugger which showed no probes.
What should we do to solve it?
What does "update debugger firmware on your board" mean?

Hello @ZJane

If can not enter DFU mode, maybe debugger on board broken.

You can try to use external debugger to test.

If you plug it into the host PC, you should see something in the Device Manager.
Does it report any errors ? Are all necessary driver installed / up to date ?

I find nothing new in the Device manager, and it report 0 errors.
I have installed the lpc_driver_setup.exe download from NXP website. Any other drivers need to be installed?
I tried these steps in win10/win11, it doesn't work on both system.

You are not by chance using VMs, and forgot to connect USB device(s) forth and back between host and VM ?

Here an example of a connected STM eval board, with the integrated debugger reflashed to a Segger J-Link:

not VMs, I try to configure the board on two computers(one pc with win10 and another with win11) and encounter the same problem.
maybe other drivers should be installed?

I only occasionally use an LPC board on a Windows10 PC (LPCxpresso54628 board).
LPC-Link driver installation was part of the LPCXpresso IDE installation, and worked mostly fine for me.
I have no experience with Win11.

I hope the NXP staff can help you in this regard.
