Where is LPCUsbTest.exe? Are Source Files Available too?

In the example project, USB Band Width test, LPCUsbTest.exe is mentioned to run the test on the host Windows system.  I cannot find it anywhere.  I am using LPCXpresso v7.1.1 + LPCOpen 2.09.  I searched both packages, forum, and google.

Can anyone please point me to the right place?
