What's the difference between the NHS3100 and LPC8N04

I've compared these two offerings' datasheets, which look almost identical. Can someone point out what the difference is?

Hi,

I have to admit the two silicons are almost  the same from perspective of core, pin assignment, functions, features.

But the MHS3100 has multiple packages, the LPC8N04 just has one package.

Pls refer to section 7 Pinning.

I attach the data sheet of both silicons.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did notice the different footprint options for the NHS3100. If that's the only difference then I'll just assume the NHS3100 supersedes the LPC8N04.
