Hi,
I want to use the recommended protection circuit for on-the-go (see attachment). What MOSFETs can I use? I'm especially interested in the 2nd NMOS which has a separate bulk pin. Or is it an standard NMOS, so the symbol is wrong?
I have drawn my chosen MOSFETs in the Picture, please can somebody suggest me what FETs I can use? Did somebody test the recommended circuit successfully?
