Unable to restore kickstart and S1L through LPC3250loader.exe

I have LPC3250 OEM EA board. I have already ported linux into it through ubbot.bin.Now i need to restore my kicstart and S1L iwth LPc3250loader.exe application. I have loaded burner_kickstart_nand_large_block_rvw.bin in PRIMARY BOOT and kickstart_nand_large_block_rvw.bin in secondary boot. When i try to load the bin files into NAND flash of my board. I am getting the below message.

"Waiting for PORT ID. Make sure that the service jumpers is installed".

Actually i have kept my service boot jumpers open in my board as attached in the figure.Still i am not getting the board loaded with my bin files.please refer the fig .

Please help me with the issue. Thanks in Advance.
