USB1_VBUS necessary?

when used USB0 in LPC54605,  someone pulled up USB1_VBUS to 3.3V, but they did not pull up USB0_VBUS  0-22 or 1-11 to 3.3V,is right?

maybe USB1_VBUS has other functions?

When use USB0, there is noting with USB1.
