Is there any difference between these two micros ADC characteristics like error and lekage currents while measuring.

MPC5644AMVZ2 is not valid identifier, it is missing revision number.
Anyway there is no leakage specification that would be different according revision/mask number.
SPC/MPC does not affect it anyhow.
