I have an application which will benefit from the SCT timer. I would like to have the fastest clock speed available.

Can someone suggest me a processor giving the fastest SCT timer clock speed?

I know the LPC4367 which can operate up to 204MHz.

Are there any faster available now?

Thanks for any hints.

PS: The SCT is a fantastic peripheral for fast timing.

Hi henning larsen ,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and
for the opportunity to serve you.
1) Can someone suggest me a processor giving the fastest SCT timer clock speed?
-- The LPC43xx series can't run at overs 204 MHz, and only LPC54628 can run at the 220 MHz now and you can learn more information about it via the below link.
