Dear Sir/Madam,

Reg: MCX N94X-N54X

As per the Block Diagram it is has the 416Kb useable  RAM and 2MB Flash, which is use full for the medium level and above Applications. it has good for ML and Data Logging applications.I3C interface is one of the best move for the Multi Master and Multi slave in the Single Bus. in this i didn't find the EMC for SDRAM Interface and SDIO Interface.

For further study please provide any User Manual or Reference Manual of the MCX N94X-N54X Family

MCX is not official released. So the UM is not posted to public.

If you get a alpha version board from NXP, please contact the person who sent you the board for the manual.
