Redlink Interface Error 174

I am trying to write a bash script to load firmware onto boards with a 

LPC5536 microcontroller on it. I generated the flash commands to add to my script within MCUxpresso, but still am seeing errors with connecting to the Redlink interface. Has anyone seen this before or have suggestions on how to fix this?
