Reagarding canopen error

I am getting this error message when I sent the below message,

COBID: 601h

Message sent: 2B 60 60 00 01   (I am changing the operation mode to PP)

Error msg: 80 60 60 00 12 00 07 06

Please explain the message structure if any body has the knowledge on it.
