Read device

Two identical chips are tested on the same testbench EVB board. The result is a successful read device, the other  one can not read device.However, this chip can not read the device tests on anther EVB ,it can read again. This phenomenon is often appear, I 'm very puzzled.

Hi Z.q. Su,

     Could you tell us what the LPC chip you are using? Please give use the chip part number.

    When you test on the same EVB board, did you solid it on the chip? Or use some socket?

    Please check the pin connection,  whether it has the pin bad connection problem, your problem is caused by the hardware.
