Programming LPC11C24

Hello, 

I recently got a LPC11C24 Demoboard and now I am trying to program it using LPCXpresso v.8.2.2. However when I try to program the flash using USB I get the following error:

"No compatible emulators available.
They may be disconnected, not powered, already in use or not compatible with this target"

There is a COM connection from the board showing up in the device manager. 

Can someone please help me?

1) How about update the debug firmware of board?

2) BTW, recommend use MCUXpresso IDE instead of LPCXpresso.
