Production flash tool for LPC1774FBD208

Hi, I need to program this MCU: LPC1774FBD208

I'm looking on the NXP site to identify a programmer that will simply allow me to load a hex file into the MCU's flash.

But I only found things that were obsolete and not available, can anyone recommend something to me (even third parties) to program this MCU.
I repeat, I simply want to load a Hex into the micro's flash, so the ideal would be to have a programmer who has a simple software tool to load the file.

Ok, that's the software, but from a hardware point of view, what hardware programmer can I use?
