Many toolchains/IDEs that run on Linux support J-Link out of the box. I used e.g. Crossworks for ARM under Mint (Debain-based), supporting J-Link amongst a plethora of debug pods.
The MCUXpresso IDE supports J-Link as well, I have two installations (again under Mint). Debugging is in fact simpler and easier than with Win10.
My OM13098 has a CMSIS-DAP interface, which is also supported by both IDEs.
