Lpc1778 external flash memory programming

Hi,
I have a demo board with , LPC1778 , sdram and flash memory installed.
There is also a 7 inch tft display .
I want to save the picture in the external nand flash by the jtag interface .
what are the settings for the uVision to program external file?
I read some document , I see that i must to modify the sct file , Can you explane how to do this?
Wath is the correct format for the picture ?

hi,
please see the example project for nand flash programming.
\applications\lpc17xx_40xx\examples\misc\nandflash_prog
within the LPCOpen sample project package - available here:
http://www.lpcware.com/content/nxpfile/lpcopen-software-development-platform-lpc17xx-packages
JTAG can not be used to directly program the nand flash.
