LPC804 - Project Creation

Hi,

    I Need to create empty project based on LPC804 MCU. But while the project creation, almost 36% of memory FLASH get filled. How to create empty project with less than 10 % memory. kindly update the way to create itr. At same time i need some of the library file like CMSIS-Source.h, SWM.h and some mandatory library files
