Tried to find info in the datasheet (without success) what the per-gpio sink current vs total sink current that the LPC55xx BGA packages can handle safely.
Please advice
found this, so I guess it's max 4 mA per GPIO?how about the total per bank or per IC?

You are right, the source/sink current is 4mA for each output I/O pin. Regarding total current for a GPIO group, unfortunately, we have not the spec.
