LPC55S69JEV59: Is internal DCDC useable?

Can someone confirm if LPC55S69 in the 59-VFBA package (LPC55S69JEV59) supports the use of its internal DC-DC that is firmware controllable? 

Since pin FB is unbonded in the package — is FB is internally tied to VDD_PMU on the die or package substrate, to allow internal DC-DC converterLPC55S69JEV59 to be is fully operational in VFBGA59, using the external filtering components as described in the part's datasheet?
