LPC55S69 with ETM

Hi, happy new year.

I want record ETM traces with LPC55S69 and ULINKPro in Keil V5. SWO is ok, but when I set etm trace in debugger menu (show image). I receive Memory error. In MCUXpresso i receive a Bug (show image). Can you help me please. I just read in a forum that this mcu supports etm trace, Is that true?

LPC55S69 has ITM but no ETM or MTB.

We support SWO based trace output only,

For SWO demo, see demo code hello_world_swo under SDK folder.

thank you for your answer. I need a cortex M33 with ETM trace possible, MIMXRT685-EVK is suitable for this or other MCU?

Here is a summary for your reference.

• Cortex M3/M4/M7 MCUs
− Target MCU must implement both an Embedded Trace. Macrocell (ETM) AND an Embedded Trace Buffer (ETB):  Kinetis K, LPC18xx and LPC43xx parts

For parts with ETM only (LPC546xx/0xx, i.MX RT), recommend debug probe and trace
solutions from partners
− E.g. SEGGER, PE Micro, Arm Keil, IAR, Percepio, Lauterbach, iSYSTEM

Hi, Thank you for your answer. But i need the MCU Cortex M33 with ETM Module and ETB, MTB.. for tracing. in most cases, etm is only one option. My question if you Know an MCU Cortex M33 with ETM  Module?

NXP doesn't have MCU Cortex M33 with ETM  Module.
